Nicole Cowan
Nicole is a native Texan and moved to Austin more than ten years ago to attend Huston-Tillotson University, where she played volleyball and graduated with honors. Shortly after earning her BA, Nicole obtained her real estate license and joined our team with several years of experience in 2016. She has experience working with investors throughout the state of Texas, specifically in the Austin, Galveston, San Angelo, and San Antonio markets. Today, you’ll find her working diligently for her clients who are looking to buy, sell, or lease in Travis County.
Nicole also holds a Property Tax Consultant license, making her very knowledgeable in valuations and the property appraisal process. She’ll help her buyers understand how their taxes will be affected with the purchase of a new home, and she’ll fight their property taxes each year at their request.
Outside of real estate, you can find Nicole traveling, enjoying all of the water spots that Austin has to offer, and playing sand volleyball.
