Chantal studied engineering at MIT and then decided to pursue a career in business, starting in management consulting, various startups, and large-scale advertising. She also has an MBA from UT McCombs. She has a personal passion for real estate. She has been buying and selling residential real estate for personal and investment purposes for over 25 years and maintains a personal real estate investment portfolio with her husband.
Chantal has lived and worked in and around Austin for 15 years. She met her husband, who is a native Austinite, in 2009. After finishing business school, they moved out to the hill country and live in Wimberly. They truly love raising their family in a small town. The quirks of Wimberley and the surrounding areas extend to the real estate market, and Chantal enjoys the idiosyncrasies of hilltop, river, and raw land. Understanding the pros and cons of each area and neighborhood is critical for the long-term enjoyment of a home, ranch, or investment opportunity.
The hill country is booming with an influx of Houstonites, Californians, and folks migrating from Austin. Real estate is arguably the most valuable asset in anyone’s portfolio. This asset needs to work not only emotionally (you have to love where you live) but also financially, and Chantal has a passion for making the joy and the numbers work!
